For nearly two decades, Jack has served as Lead Photographer and Marketing & Events Director at the Washington Talent Agency, where he helped build the photography division into a cornerstone of the brand.

Jack’s photography has taken him around the world—from Aruba and Peru to Singapore, Israel, Spain, Greece, Brazil, Australia, Canada and Hawaii—shaping a visual style that blends technical precision with storytelling and cultural awareness.

Photography is also a family affair. Jack works alongside his wife and business partner, Monica, and is proud to share the industry with his adult children: David, a photographer, and Deanna, who manages operations for Washington Talent’s photo novelty division.
